Words are but one expression of truth. Love is another. Not love as an emotion, but love as a spiritual state of being. Love as synonymous with a great inner calm, peace and wholeness that runs through our veins as a sensation of a deep knowing and wisdom. Love as the realization that all things are connected at the core. Like the rays of the sun we are beckoned to the source, a large life sustaining light that warms our inner being.
Love - spirituality – God – the purpose of life itself.
In the spiritual world, fear, not hate, is the opposite of love. Fear expressed as anger, resentment, guilt and hate. Fear that obsesses and consumes. Fear that hovers as the source of all perspective. Fear that pretends to be all knowing and tries to prove itself right, over and over in the details of your life. Fear of not being loved.

Praised be you Adonai our God who rules the Universe instilling within us the holiness of mitzvot by commanding us to count the Omer. Today is the thirty-fourth day – four weeks and six days of the Omer.
